Sail Date: Apr 2017

I have sailed 3 cruises with American Cruise Lines and had the highest 5 Star service on all three cruises (Chesapeake Bay, Martha's Vineyard/Nantucket and the lower Mississippi). The crews are exceptionally well trained and showed great courtesy for all passengers. The food was so good it could have been found in the finest restaurant in a major city The menus highlighted regional specialties and there was unlimited wine and beer available at lunch and dinner. There was a no host cocktail hour each night with outstanding appetizers. The ships were new, clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Nightly entertainment was excellent and there were two full time river historians on board for educational presentations during the cruise. Traveling solo, I really appreciate the single rooms that are spacious and comfortable. The itinerary is well selected and showcased the highlights of the region. This is the finest cruise line I have sailed on and look forward to sailing with them again.

Cabin Review

Cabin single balcony

The cabin is comfortable and spacious for a single cabin. The cabin was well appointed with a Keurig coffee maker and even had a medical emergency call button. I had a balcony with a table and 2 chairs and wide enough for comfort.
