Loved the refreshed interiors and updated public areas. The crew seemed re-energized and friendly. Only complaint was the Belize port of call shore excursions are now restricted to the cruise lines own property and favored businesses. This was our second cruise within the year on the Jade and we missed going cave tubing on Belize.

Dining was excellent and we enjoyed dining early in the grand dining room every evening with the same servers. Entertainment was above par, especially Jeri Sager! Our balcony cabin was faithfully maintained by our wonderful steward and we loved being able to air out the room every day. Our grandchildren, seasoned cruisers, enjoyed their time on board, entertaining themselves and hanging out with us old folks. Definitely will cruise again on the Jade.

We arrived later for embarkation so moved quickly through the line, but felt a little uninformed as we didn't receive any onboard cruise news once we got to our cabin. Full ship as it was spring break but ship and staff accommodated all of us efficiently.
