Embarkation was delayed due to badge reader going down. The entire process was over two hours with no notification or announcement of what was going on.
Our room steward was always present, willing to help, and kept our room nice and tidy. The bed could have been more comfortable. My husband and I sleep close to each other and could not because of the beds being twins and pushed together.
