We (4 of us - my husband, two sons (10 and 7) and me) LOVED the Harmony of the Seas and would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for non stop fun and things to do. It's impossible to be bored on this ship.
We stayed in a Sky Loft Suite (now called the Star Loft Suite) 1722 which is a Star Class suite and includes Royal Genie services. Thanks to other reviews on here, I set my expectations accordingly for arrival at the cruise terminal. It is somewhat confusing if you are Star Class in that you must get dropped off at the Star Class flag and you must find a Star Class porter who will bring you and your luggage to the suites entrance. Because I knew we had to be somewhat "forceful" to ensure that this was the way it must be done, rather than giving our bags to just any porter, it made things much easier and from Uber into the Star Class lounge was less than 15 minutes.
Once in the lounge we waited maybe 10 minutes until our amazing Royal Genie, Cleon Fraser (who is the best of the best of the best - more on that later) picked us up and escorted us onto the boat and into our suite. Along with another of his 3 families, Cleon provided us with an excellent tour of the ship, showing us where everything was, getting our waivers signed, stopping for a beverage, and then dropped us off at Coastal Kitchen to have a sit down lunch. (I will review each restaurant below.) It was an excellent embarkation and everything went extremely smoothly.
