Cabin: Boardwalk View Stateroom with Balcony

The trip was for our anniversary & my birthday. We wanted a balcony & didn't want an outside balcony. My husband was disappointed until he looked out the inside balcony & it was "Oh Yay!" The rocking was minimal until the day before we docked to come home & the pools were covered & those pool waved reached 4 ft. high. Be sure to take some Diamine along, I did & it really helps on the walks around the ship. In bed, it rocked us to sleep: afternoon & night. The food was great, but some people from other countries can be rude when it comes to waiting in line. Be sure to take or put your drink cups or something personal, not just the silverware, cause someone will take the table. Take our word for it! We took back our silverware and we the thieves went eat, OH Well. Favorite foods were the baked potatoes & hot dogs. Cleaning the room twice a day was a bit much. Kept the "Do Not Disturb" card in the slot most of the time. They need to pack the liquor in TSA approved carryon packaging. We had to wrap the bottles in clothing & check our carry on. Thank goodness nothing broke. Most of the show were great: Ice Skate, Mama Mia, Oceania. Not so much the Blue Planet show. Cruise director was enjoyable. Don't miss the Belly Flop show, we are so glad some new friends said it was a must attend. All in all, we enjoyed our time on the cruise.

Cabin Review

Boardwalk View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin B1

Small but adequate. Lots of little cubys for clothing & stuff. It was clean. The shower water pressure was great & water hot. Had shampoo/conditioner available. Received small tubes of lotions the 2nd day. The couch was hard, but the bed was great. Loved sitting on the balcony, but hated the cow bell they rang every time the carousel started & stopped. Very annoying. Watching the water, Oceania practice, & even saw a rainbow from the balcony.
