My wife and I choose this cruise because we have family in Orlando, FL. It allows us to visit them for a couple of days and then get out of the City and do something different that going to Entertainment Parks. No more Disney parks for me. It was very convenient to take the ship in Cape Canaveral. Regarding the cruise, we really enjoyed the travel and the experience. I have been in the past in the east side of the Caribbean with Royal Caribbean as well and was really anxious to visit other islands in the west side. Being in a big ship like this one, during Spring Break Week, with 6,000 passengers and 2,000 cruise members is like going to "Las Fiestas de la Calle San Sebastian" in Puerto Rico. It was crowded! Specially the first day. We arrived by 1:30pm. The embarkation line was long but it was moving fast. Don't know why it took soo much time for the Check-In process? Anyways, it took us like one hour to get inside the ship. As you can imagine, everyone was like crazy discovering this amazing ship. After the first day, it was okay with the exception of long lines to get into the Windjammer for breakfast. Later we discovered that you can eat breakfast in one of the dining rooms when the ship is in an ocean cruising day.

Regarding the cabin, we selected one with Ocean View and Balcony. It was kind of chilly for us but is a very relaxing experience. Cabin was well cleaned and maintained. For Dinner, we selected the three nights dining experience. I really liked the quality and taste of my steak at Chops Grille. We also went to Izumi's Japanese and to the Italian Giovanni's. Rest of the days we went to the Main Dining Room. Menu choices were good. Entertaiment. Well, we are not big fans of Musicals but decided to saw CATS and another one called Come Fly with Me. These are more oriented to the Americans and British aboard the cruise. We really enjoyed the Latin Group playing at Bolero's and the Philippine Group playing at Dazzles. Regarding the onshore excursions, we selected the Yaaman 3-in-1 tour in Jamaica and the Tulum ruins in Mexico. These were more oriented to empty nesters like us. I don't know why this ship stop at Cozumel if all the tours are in Playa del Carmen and neighbored areas. Anyways, the 90 minutes ferry ride from and to the boat is for me a waste of valuable time. The Yaaman Tour in Jaimaca was really fun and we enjoyed a lot! Will I go again in this exact Cruise? Probably with a small group but will choose my shore activities more wisely.
