We chose this cruise because a few years back we had the absolute best experience on Royal Caribbean and everything was perfect the staff, the food, the ship, the state room everything was perfect. I then went on another cruise line which at the time did not stand up to the Royal Caribbean cruise that we had taken prior. This cruise was below the standard of the last cruise line we went on and definitely way below the first Royal Caribbean Cruise we went on. When we got on the ship the room was not clean. There was food on the carpet in our room and food in the fridge. The towels in the bathroom were all wrinkled like they had been used and when we went to put our clothes in the drawers they were also filthy. We wiped the drawers out with a tissue and it was black. We purchase the dinner package that they were selling for the specialty restaurant and on the first two days of cruising we could NOT get a dinner reservation anywhere! We were told that they overbooked. The entertainment was outstanding. Out of the excursion that we booked (6 or 8 in total) 2 of them got cancelled one got changed and we were never notified they even rescheduled on right on top of another activities that had already been planned. It was a good thing we had been checking out daily schedule. This cruise was very disappointing. I had such high expections of this trip and it was a total flop.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

Cabin was not cleaned when we arrived. Shower leaked all over the floor, poor seal on shower door. Nice overall.

Port Reviews

Nassau

A little disappointed that cruise line changed the schedule because most store were closed on Good Friday. Original schedule had us in Nassau on Thursday and Cococay on Friday
