Cabin: Penthouse with Large Balcony

Having sailed on 13 cruises on Carnival, Princess,Royal Caribbean,Celebrity and now our third on NCL; I can't tell you how disappointing this last cruise was.

For the first time we splurged and went way over budget to garner an aft Penthouse Suite on the Jewel and boy is it WWWWWAAAAYYYY overpriced.

We previously sailed in mini suites on the Breakaway and the Pearl. The Breakaway was really great, but the BW and I said that of all our cruises the Pearl was right near the top.

Cabin Review

Penthouse with Large Balcony

Cabin SF

Not at all worth the money in the least. Was supposed to sleep 3 to 4 people, the 3rd "bed " was a narrow, horribly hard and horrendously uncomfortable chair that folded out to a bed the size of a small cot. The bathroom was so much smaller than regular balcony cabins we have been in and the position of the bed made it impossible to use one side because it was too close to the wall.

All in all a minus score on the " Penthouse "..
