We were in Balcony Riviera 703....lovely room, without a sofa, and great balcony. However, I picked one that vibrated constantly....not terribly and you do did get used to it. It was beside the back stairway/elevators and super location but because of the motors it vibrated..... My mistake. The bathroom was tiny but was totally adequate. Ladies if you need to shave your legs, put a foot on the toilet. Speaking of toilets....we had fits with ours several different days. Waited over 2-1/2 hours one day to have it repaired, but a super nice gentleman came and took 45 minutes to get it working. Then it quit again....oh well. We had THE BEST ROOM ATTENDANT Arvan from the Phillippines. He just could not do enough for us. He kept the room lovely and of course, received an extra remuneration for such a nice job. He is ALWAYS smiling and pleasant and it is so appreciated.

We had superior service from our waiter in Crown Grill for my husbands birthday dinner...Borko from Serbia was wonderful. He was lovely and we thank him for making this such a nice, nice, birthday. Our Da Vinci waiters were great....Sehono and Yudi the Jr. Waiter. Thank you fellows for making Dinner so pleasant each evening.

I would be remiss if I didn't mention Stefan....Stefan from Romania is a Head Waiter in DaVinci dining.....but where I saw him totally shine was in the Horizon. Stefan did not mind jumping in to help anywhere needed, from delivering an omelet or cleaning a table for new guests ready to eat. Stefan was so very kind to his workers that he really caught my attention. He never "told" a worker to do something, he "ASKED". Now isn't that the way to be a superior......work with your people. Thanks to all our helpers on this cruise....you made our trip so very enjoyable.

The cabin was so pretty, and clean when we arrived thanks to Arvan our room attendant. The hanging space is superior, as you have room even for all the clothes I manage to carry on a cruise (I overpack). Lots of nooks and drawers to store stuff.....plus I take the plastic hooks (that don't leave a mark on the walls0 to use for hanging hats, etc. DON'T FOR GET YOUR CLOCK as we did. Did you know you can not find a battery operated clock in any port to purchase....oh well, guess we didn't need to know what time it was. The balcony was so nice and private on the upper level. We always like having a balcony with the sounds of the ocean to lull us to sleep.

Crown does need a bit of freshning, but we did not find it unpleasant. Will love seeing it when it comes OUT of drydock next year.
