Was the cruise perfect, no, but did we have a great time? OH YAH! I was worried because Carnival did not get the best reviews. We had a great time with a great experience. The dinning room food and the buffet was the most disappointing. Food quality and service in the the dinning room was the worst that any other cruise. Buffet food was good but I felt like they were not open long enough for the amount of people on the ship. With that said all the side restaurants were amazing. Here are some pros and cons.

Pros:

kids club age 6-11 great! My kids never wanted to leave

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin 8C

It was a great location. Close to the stairs, quiet. Only a few times when a bunch of kids were running around did you hear anyone in the hall. The door to the balcony did not close well, it whistled.

Port Reviews

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

They did a great job getting everyone on the ship quicly

Amber Cove (Puerto Plata)

Pool and zip line was fun. Need a little share for when the sun comes out.

Grand Turk

Beautiful. Not enough chairs unless you paid and the locals ripped you off. we paid $25 for two chairs and two umbrellas the next couple paid $25 for 4 chairs and an umbrella. Pool at margarittaville was great. The beach was a little dirty and water was rocky by the port. Walk down the beach, it was cleaner and the rocks were gone.
