This was unfortunately the worst cruise I have ever taken and would never ever cruise with P&O again when there are so many other cruise lines out there that offer a far superior product at the same cruise fares.

Service-

This was the first cruise ever where getting on we were not greeted with a smile but in fact didn't even get a hello or welcome onboard they just snatched your card scanned it and gave it back then you found your own way. The staff all seemed overworked and were constantly forgetting things like cutlery with meals and would give you desert menus before clearing your mains. Most of the staff just did the bare minimum and this was the first cruise I've done where the happy staff were in the minority! Read more
