First time cruise traveling!! I was pleasantly surprised on board... only felt a little rocking. Preventative bonnie on one evening. We thought the activities on board were very good. I enjoyed that they were only 45 minute events so you weren't bogged down by one activity. There are a lot of things to choose from! I almost wished we had two cruise days instead of one.

Food was good. I did not think anything was outstanding... a little to much salt on some items. Endless bacon was fabulous... but I did have to find the tray of crispy bacon but not a big deal. Service from the wait staff was very good. Each area seemed to be designated by certain staff so if you didn't like the server... move to another section and you are sure to find great service!

Our cabin was a promenade room and I enjoyed the window view. Beds were large and comfortable. However, the pillows were very thin! we hardly saw the chamber staff but he was courteous when we bumped into him in the halls. He never moved items around the room only from the bed so he could make it. If we had items to discard or glasses to be removed, we placed them on the coffee table and they were gone!

Promenade Stateroom

Two sofas in the room were not very comfortable. No good sitting spot if you wanted to just sit and read a book! some maintenance issues included a loose soap holder in the shower and a closet door that didn't close easily. Don't expect to have space to unpack.
