We chose this cruise for the unique itinerary. We have cruised with princess before and been pleased with service and cost. Overalll the food was good, just wished the coffee loyalty card had been something on my card rather than aseperatecard. The adult only pool area was excellent, but I felt the sanctuary was over priced. We did noticed that the cruise line tended to nickel dime us for certain things. At times it felt is though we were being charged for things that should have been or have been included in the past. Overall the entire cruise itself itinerary included was excellent and the food was average to above average. The specialty restaurants were excellent and the service the food and the value for the money that we spent was above board. There was a specialty dinner that was offered that had multiple courses with food and wine pairing in the Italian restaurant on board and that was excellent. Getting on and off the boat seem to be relatively easy although you did have to wait in line at times but that's to be expected when you have that many people. The layout of the ship was tricky to navigate it first but once you were there you got the hang of it. Service from all of the cabin steward's all the way up to the maître d' in the restaurant was very good. Overall I felt that this was a good value for what we paid and we got what we expected .
