We chose this cruise for the itinerary and for the fact that it was not a mega ship. We prefer a smaller ship. We never stood in line for anything. Service was A-one. The food was always hot and fresh. While the state rooms are smaller...it was always clean and our cabin steward kept our ice bucket fresh morning noon and night. Our excursions were prepaid and we enjoyed them very much. Carnival gets you there and gets you back on time. The shows were fantastic. I would recommend this cruise. Embarkation took less than 10 minutes. Debarkation was quick, but Customs took a while. Our transfer to the ship was waiting on us when we arrived in San Juan and was waiting on us when we disembarked. We had your time dining and we found that 6:15 was the perfect time to go. Seating was immediate. My husband rises early....coffee was always ready when he went up top. This was a fantastic cruise for us.

Balcony

Cabin 8C

Smaller cabins, but always clean. We had a balcony which make it seem bigger. I recommend taking an over the door plastic shoe holder to store lotions, shampoos, conditioners, etc as there is very little storage space in the bathroom. Shampoo and body wash are provided in the shower. Blow dryers are available upon request. Bath robes are available upon request. Our bed was very comfy.
