Part of a Sears vacation package. Never had plans of taking a cruise, glad we started with this one. Although spring break probably not the idea time due to massive crowds. 3 ports of call kept us active and entertained. Staff we enteracted with specifically Mohammed and Lincoln in My time dinging table 145 ask for them if you can you won't be disappointed. Wifi should be fee throughout the ship. I appreciated the constant cleaning I witnessed teams of employees cleaning hand rials. No Garbage was left unattended. Tracking devices for teens and children would be a nice add. Less product pushing would be appreciated such as jewelry and watches. Towel service was not fully explained in the end we were not charged for any towels but if a return scan is required on used towels it should be clearly stated. Beach chairs were almost impossible to come by. Room attendant was very attentive and made sure we had all we needed.
