We would have taken and excursion if we knew the following day excursion to CocoCay was cancelled

Nassau

50 US per day for gratuities, on top of our usual tips we would give your staff which I found appalling as in my opinion no one had done anything that warranted a tip other than our waiter the night of our 1 dinner (I had guest services remove this and please note, I had to ask them twice to do this as the first time this was not handled)

• in the Windjammer where we ate most of our meals there was never any wait staff available and the tables were constantly dirty that I was clearing a place for my family to sit and eat on my own most of the time

• other than the Starlight dining experience, we had to seek someone out to help us order a drink or pop or an alcohol, beverage there never was anyone available to wait on us 

• after talking to guest services about my disappointment of the day lost at Cococay and what might be your 'Plan B'  they suggested to take advantage of the teen program and someone would stop by to talk to us about that but no one ever made contact with us 

• if we were given fair warning the day before we were to go to Cococay we would have planned an excursion in Nassau 

• we did pay for our children to have the wifi that I didn't think we would have to do but found this to give them something as there didn't seem to be anything much on the ship that they could do

-spoke to the Executive team member who compared our trip to a cabin toilet not working and how no compensation would even be provided for this reason and blamed our trip on the fact that our travel advisor should not have recommended this ship during this time of year.• the pool was freezing and very small, we never went in the pool once 

• the water slides were for very young children of toddler age (our 13 and 16 year old would not be able to use this)

• the hot tubs were over-flowing with spring break teens all the time and I am quite sure were beyond their maximum capacity and very drunk teenagers

• the staff I would have thought were very friendly and had some enthusiasm but seemed to lack very little and other than the formal night dinner we would rarely even get a smile

• perhaps this is being a parent but I was a bit shocked with how little staff there was, from the enormous amount of alcohol that is served on this cruise with these young adult teens not being monitored to even myself (who might have 1 to 2 drinks a day) having to wait in line at a bar for approx.
