The Allure of The Seas is a modern, clean, roomy and beautiful ship with great amenities.  We saw all the shows; big and small.  Every show was outstanding and well performed.  The food in the complementary dining rooms (prepaid) and specialty restaurants (extra charges) was delicious and the highest quality; not one bad meal all week from soup to nuts.  The menu variety was fabulous.  The service and wait staff in the complimentary dining rooms were great.  Friendly attentive staff that took pride and made great effort in their service delivery.  The host and wait staff at the specialty ($) restaurants were snotty, snarky and a bit pretentious.  The casino was standard, but the dealers and staff were less than personably.  The biggest issue encountered all week and inexcusable was the lack or professionalism and insight of guest services.  There was a constant delivery of misinformation or lack of information.  Ask four (4) different "guest service" representatives a basic question and you would receive four (4) different answers; mostly excuses.  IT (Voom) services was awful and inconsistent.  The IT Voom rep was rude and threating.  He should not be allowed to interact with guest or represent the cruise line.  His alleged behavior is being specifically addressed with the cruise line.  It is a shame that such a beautiful ship and world class food and entertainment are tarnished by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff.
