This cruise offers a great way to see all that Hawaii has to offer, The Islands are beautiful and speak for themselves, that is where it ends, The ship design is ok easy to access all areas.

The food was average at best, disappointing. Service was poor, way to many people in the buffet for breakfast and not enough seating and the staff are not overly friendly! You often hear the staff speaking of they are waiting out their contracts and leaving the ship. No one seems to enjoy their jobs.

Expensive on board and additional service charges are now in affect and only brought to our attention the night before disembarkation. I had an email at least two to three a week from NCL leading up to our cruise at no point did they mention anything about additional charges of $14 USD per person per day, This fee was effective April 1/17 a little frustrating to pay double for gratuities and you don't get great service or friendly staff.

Rooms are small and beds are not comfortable at all, hard mattress and the restroom is tiny, tiny, tiny. We are not big people, the rooms could use some updated bedding.
