I did a full assessment of all the river cruises and Scenic, although amongst the most expensive came out as good value for money as an all-inclusive cruise. Eveything was included.

The ship was superb, however the journey there was not at all good. We were supposed to fly from Bristol to Budapest via Brussels. However, our flight was cancelled on the tarmac, we were transferred to Heathrow via taxi, then had more delayed flights after that, arriving in Budapest at 2230 rather than 1120 originally.

The meals are superb and the butler service for morning tea was great. Meals to mention are the Tasting menu, which complemented seve courses to five wines, and the exclusive la Rive meal.

Cabin Review

Cabin Balcony suite

Superbly eqipped. Couldn't be faulted.

The minibar was fully stocked and we could have drunk it every day, although we hardly used it. The balcony/conservatory was great. We could sit in there, and it was separate from the room itself.
