I have always traveled with Royal Caribbean. Last year I went on Liberty of the Seas from Texas and I did not like the experience. This year I wanted to give it another try and I was disappointed. The embarkation was smoothly, very fast. Inside the ship? Disorganization in every way. At the service desk long lines at all times, at the shore excursions counter the guy with the computer was not so helpful and the dynamics to book activities inside the ship a chaos, long lines and the poor employees making waiting lists on a piece of paper trying to help and please everyone.

In Bahamas we choose the Atlantis water park with lunch. Horrible!!! The tour was for 8:15 a.m, different excursions in the Atlantis waiting in front of the ship, no instructions, no one to clear up doubts, nothing. 30 min after the appointed hour, two girls screamed that everyone had to do a single row (something impossible with so many people) as no one did a single row they began to say that everyone had to fill a paper (waiver). After all filled the paper then we were moved to the waiting area for transportation. When we arrived at the resort then we had to wait for all the guaguas with people for the tour of Atlantis Resort with lunch to arrive. When they are all then the employee of the Resort instead of taking us directly to the Resort begins to give a tour of each of the areas of the Resort (many people left the group). We arrived at the water park area at about 9:50 am. The park was full, there were 3 cruise ships in port plus the people who were staying at the resort. I do not recommend this excursion as you can not get the most out of the part that paid $ 165.00 per person.

In the main dining room the waiters ran back and forth in a hurry, in the Windjammer there were almost no staff attending the tables area. The pools closed very early, the Cabaret show is not recommended (lots of people would get up in the middle of the show to leave) The Quest show a mess for anything fun like on previous ships. It seemed as if they were short of staff in many areas of the ship. The reality is that I ended up disappointed by myself and the friends I invited. The disembarkation went ok. We expected more from a Quantum class ship and for what we paid. The ship is beautiful inside and out, but that's not all on a cruise.
