Friends were going on an organized cruise for an activity that we enjoyed and wanted to be with them but we had had a bad experience with another cruise line and were reluctant to book passage. We are so glad we did because our enjoyment on this cruise was a definite 10! Food was excellent in preparation and diversity both in the dining hall and cafes. In the dining room service was top notch and the menu had choices to satisfy everyone. I especially liked the fact that we could order favorites daily or have the selections of the day. In the Windjammer it was a treat to have eggs made to order and a wide selection from pancakes and waffles to salmon with capers. The ship provided areas for sunning, deck activities or simply a quite place to read. I made Sushi while on board! Wow! This cruise line is doing all the things right to make you feel like royalty! The shore excursion people were friendly and knowledgeable. The organized getting aboard and debarking made for easy transitions for the passengers on
