I took my daughter and granddaughter on this cruise for her birthday. It was a last minute booking. Ship was fine, just had a window cabin on the 3rd deck. Some of the issues we did have were we had the 8:30 seating and 2 out of the four nights they had people sit with us that were either late or missed their schedule dinner time of 6:00. The people were fine but they came late so we had already ordered and were starting on our food when they were seated which makes for the whole dinner to be off schedule and awkward for everyone. Maybe have a couple of tables reserved for these situations! Another issue was it states that there is coffee available 24 hours a day and that was not true there was 2 mornings that no coffee was available until after 6:oo a.m. 24 hours means 24 hours! People get up early. The ice machine ran out of ice several times during the day. Also we bought the pop(beverage) package and there was no pop dispenser available on the ship, the only 2 places you could get a pop was at one of the bars(which is not the place for a child to go and get a pop) an if they were not open you could not get a pop, also the only flavors available coke, diet coke and sprite. kind of a rip off for the money we paid. We just got off the Harmony of the Seas in Feb. when we were in the Wind Jammer a dirty plates never stayed on our table more than a minute the waiter was always asking if we wanted coffee juice etc. on this ship just the opposite no one ever took a dirty plate from the table some times we had 6 or more dirty plates and no one took them off and we were never asked once if we would like something to drink. Still had a nice Cruise just some things I think could have been improved on. Will still Cruise Royal!!!!
