This was our first ever cruise and we purchased a Grand Suite to boot. I found several the bartenders and waiters in to be extremely rude. I am in customer service and watched several of them and how they treated people . They NEVER smiled, rolled their eyes at customers, practically threw their food at them and overall looked like they hated their jobs. Most places we have ever visited, which we travel a lot the staff makes sure you are treated like a 5 star customer and they make sure they are working on the next experience or next vacation with them. Extremely disappointing in the majority of waiters or servers other than in the main dinning room. Wilfred and Juan were amazing and should be rewarded for the team of support they showed and their service was amazing. A lot of staff could learn how to treat people by them.

There are a lot of great things for kids to do and events for them to go to which is great. The pools are fair in size. We only attended a couple of the evening shows and they are great to see.

The theme nights were amazing. Lots of people but they didn't really get into dressing up for them which is sad. We did have a large group there and we all participated and had a great time and lots of people took photos of our group.
