Thought about it for years eventually took the plunge. Service from being picked up by the coach transfer to leaving the ship was great. Arrived at check given a card with a letter on then just wait until your letter was called, take the weight off your feet and avoids long queues forming at checkin, very smooth and easy. Found cabin C526 and met by Rhona our very friendly and helpful cabin steward, nothing appeared to much trouble for them. Cabin a little dated with a few scabs here and there and a couple of drawers didn't run smoothly, this added to the charm for us and I slept the best I had in ages. Having done static caravan holidays in previous years we found the bathroom of ample size.

We had Freedom dining superb service from the staff, we really it liked as we sat with different people at each meal so was able to question different people cruising experiences and views and as in life you do not get on with every one so your with those for 1 meal whereas if you chose fixed dining you could be with someone you don't get on with for the whole cruise.

Magazine given each day with all tomorrow's entertainment and required info so you can plan your day, but it's not necessary to keep to the plan,so much variety of things to do and see up to you what you do, impossible to be bored. Read more
