Embarkation very easy - did not pay for any extra treatment. We boarded at our given time of noon and never had to stop and stand. (This is my 17th Cruise and a cruiser of many different lines.) Balcony room was ready when we arrived and headed to Guy's BBQ - delicious. I thought the décor was beautiful and could care less about how big the atrium was. I thought it was very stylish. We did our time dining and only waited one night for about 15 minutes at the Red Frog. The other few nights we went, we were directly sent to a table. They did mention table for 2 available quicker than the larger tables were. We ate at the Lobster Shack one night and got the lobster roll and snow crabs. Loved it and wish we had eaten there earlier so we could have eaten there more often. Lido food was very good but variety not as big as other ships. We didn't have a problem getting a drink at the bars. I agree, not as many employees walking around to get patrons drinks but I didn't mind. We did the drink package and they were very strict on the 5 minutes between drinks, even if you wanted two glasses of orange juice. We enjoyed the shows, comedy clubs (did the late one's only) and there were always seats to sit in. We just met so many wonderful people and would choose the Vista again in a heartbeat. I didn't see any dirty dishes laying around and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We don't swim in the swimming pools/hot tubs on ships - too small and crowded for our taste. If we did, I would agree that I would like bigger pools. Really enjoyed the Thrill Theater and loved the outdoor night time movie screenings, with picture perfect quality. Debarkation went very fast except for one pc of luggage on the wrong belt so we wasted about 1/2 hour looking for it. We had beautiful weather and would jump at the chance to sail the Vista again.
Nice and clean. We did not hear anybody else on their balconies and felt we had lots of privacy.
