Arrived early morning of the cruise. Juan...was on ship by before 12:00 pm...embarkation was easy...no wait at all and walked right on the ship. ..disembarkation was delayed due to San Juan customs we were told for over an hour or longer. When we were able to get off of the boat we dropped our luggage off and got aboard the bus to take us to the airport and then had to wait quite a bit of time for our luggage to arrive from the pier and it was a mess, wasn't very organized it seemed at all. ...ship was in great shape, junior suite 1340 was in great shape, went to dining room every night, except for nights two and three when we went to Giovanni's Table and Chops Grille. Food was good and had a variety of options each night. Are head waiter Lorraine was awesome and her assistant Yuleika was very good also. Windjammer food and service was good...always able to find something good to eat. We didn't attend any of the shows on this cruise..heard they were pretty good and the ice show was very good. Our room steward Debbie (Nicaragua) was very good...ports and excursions were great...only adults on this trip...would certainly go again...have read many reviews giving bad reviews...We think that it is very difficult to have a bad cruise as it is what you make of it. Each time we cruise with the exception of our first cruise (inside room) we always have a junior suite, we booked another cruise and are upgrading to the Grand Suite for the next one, something to look forward to as we have been impressed as we have upgraded since the beginning. One reason we chose this cruise was not too many sea days and different ports almost every day that we hadn't been to and wanted to explore.
