Serenade needs face lift as she is showing her age. Embarkation fast and efficient as was the disembarkation. On and off in less than an hour. Cabin was what we are used to and very clean. Cabin attendant was friendly and always whiling to make sure our needs were met. Dining (My Time) was great. After many Cruises the food is becoming familiar. That is not a criticism as it is a monumental task to feed over 2000 guests. Dining staff were great. Entertainment and activities are average. Again after many cruises we have seen similar shows before. One major Service hiccup in the Diamond Lounge. Concierge needs to undergo Hospitality training. Spent time talking to same guests over and over again while not acknowledging other guests. Others commented on same issue. Shore excursions appeared okay, however, we only went on one and it was fantastic.

There were children on the ship and they have great programs for them. We do not have young children and no grandchildren.

We have booked two future cruises with Royal Caribbean, however, I will be writing to their Head Office to voice concerns and suggest ways to improve service in certain areas.

Cabin K

Cabin great! I prefer the interior cabins as I do not like to see the water.
