Second time on the beautiful Solstice, third cruise with Celebrity, lived up to all our expectations, 10/10!

Embarkation and disembarkation in Sydney were both very smooth and handled very well.

The ship is beautiful, always spotlessly clean in all areas. Every member of staff we met was smiling and friendly and always greeted every guest with a "good morning/ afternoon/ welcome on board/ welcome back /have a nice day" Our room attendant was very efficient, and we barely saw him, other cruises they are always hanging around. Our waitstaff in the main dining room, and the staff in the Oceanview Cafe (buffet) were great, always friendly and willing to accommodate our requests.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Veranda 1C

Cabin 1C

Towards the front of the ship, portside, not too far from lifts and the entertainment end of the ship, but made us walk to get to the food....we needed to walk off some calories!

Plenty of room, storage and very clean at all times

View from balcony was good, we had a small section of the deck below us, in between tenders and lifeboats

Room was great
