Great way to spend seven days on the sea and visit a few countries in the Caribbean. The food served on the ship was excellent, with many choices offered. Recommend you book early, before boarding, for speciality restaurants. Most of the excursions were great, ATV, and snorkeling at the top. The catamaran trip to see the stingrays was a highlight in the Cayman Islands. The down side, the catamaran is old and needs work. They carry too many people and visibility was limited because of the number of people onboard. The skipper and crew were excellent and caught a few stingrays for pictures. Need to book entertainment early with over 4,000 passengers onboard. Excellent Spa and fitness center. Spent time with Levon, physical trainer. He was very knowledgeable of health and fitness and offers a great program. The Epic is a large ship and will take sometime getting to learn how to move around. Embarking from Cape Canaveral, Florida was not a good experience. To many people trying to get onboard at the same time, even though you have a scheduled check in time, no consideration was given for those passengers who had a scheduled time.
