I fully regret booking this cruise as it was a vile, horrible nasty experience. I write this as a warning to others who may not know beforehand what certain experiences are like and also to save you alot of money. Do not be fooled, from beginning to end it was like being on holiday with Beelzebub! From entering the plane and sitting down, the people were miserable, moaning and sour, complaining about every stupid thing. There was no happy or fun mood and I should of took this a warning as things to come.

The staff are horrible and very selective in who they greet and say hello to, the customer service among many of them is appalling and very off putting. The other passengers, (British) were among the worst group of people to be on holiday with, miserable, wrinkled, drunken, hateful and always muttering horrible things under their breath, or laughing like drunken deranged banshees. It was a very cold, ugly atmosphere and this was for the whole 2 weeks. People did not interact with each other and there was more life in a morgue than going to hot, vibrant countries. YOU ARE STUCK WITH THIS ATMOSPHERE AS THERE IS NO ESCAPE, YOU SUFFOCATE WITH THIS VILE, HOSTILE ATMOSPHERE. AS YOU FLY ON THE SAME PLANE, GO ON THE CRUISE SHIP AND GO EXCURSIONS WITH THE SAME PEOPLE! I was stuck in the zombie apocalypse!

The ship is rusty in places, getting old and tired. It is very embarrassing being in port next to the Royal Caribbean, Norwegian and carnival. And remember they get preference in port, where to port and the days chosen. I missed a couple of excursions due to changes in itinerary and days mucked around with. Read more
