We chose Viking because of the smaller ship, fewer passengers and low key ambiance. It turned out better than we expected. The music in the atrium and theaters was relaxing and enjoyable. The food was also a pleasant surprise. I am a vegetarian (eat some fish, but no meat) and am always concerned about meal choices. The food was close to gourmet. Even the food on the buffet was excellent. I was able to eat well without compromising on quality and selection. Service was superior. Most servers remembered our names after only a couple of days. We always felt welcome and special. I have already highly recommended Viking Cruises to several of our friends. Our cabin was spacious enough to be very comfortable and cleanliness was excellent. Our cabin stewardess was very responsive to our needs and timing. The shore excursions were extremely well organized. Our favorites were St. Lucia by Land & Sea and America's Yacht Race in St. Maartan. Overall, we had a wonderful time and met some lovely people.

Cabin Penthouse Veranda

Spacious enough to be comfortable with a nice size balcony. Breakfast in our room every morning was a real pleasure.
