Stay away. The Garden Cafe is not like other ships. Very limited. Do not waste money on the spa. People are laughing, yelling and the staff does nothing to stop it. Their Harvest Cay island is not like the one in the Bahamas. You pay for all your food on this island... expensive and the wait time for a burger is about 1 hour. I am not kidding. Zip lines are a joke. The electric boats all had dead batteries. Cagney's took almost two hours for dinner. Their discovery scuba in Costa Maya is with a bad company. Not even a dive boat. You have to crawl up a ladder to get in, with your tank on. No holders for tanks so you sit sideways on the benches. Man working excursion desk treated us, and other people like low life dirt. The walk off embarkment took 50 minutes. They had us pulling our suitcases down the deck, inside and thru the casino, back around another deck. And no officer anywhere around to complain to. Drunks above us vomited on our balcony. They did nothing to compensate us, free dinner, etc. Nothing on this cruise showed any signs of organization. Workers are obviously exhausted.

Horrible week. We save all year for our cruises and are very upset.
