Just about every cruise line has an area that is more select than others. Celebrity's aqua class; MSC yacht club, Carnival Vista Havana area, etc. Compared to some of the things I've read; we had a great cruise ; with great guests; and great crew. We enjoyed the Havana area as we had our own little haven and pool until 7PM. No rush to find a chair and un-crowded pools and hot tubs. We did the sky ride one port day. We got in line 11:45am for a 12:00pm opening and was 5th in line. We ate lunch all over. We had the taco's; Guys burgers; Bar-B-cue; JiJi's; Pizza; and never waited more than 10 minutes. We had 3 specialty dinners and 5 in the MDR with my time dining. We were never in a rush for a table. We were only handed a beeper once and went to get a pre-dinner drink. The other times they had a table available for us when we were ready. We probably had a drink or more at every bar on the ship. The tequila bar; rum bar; alchemy bar; havana bar; you get the idea . The service was very good and there was never any issues. The crew were some of the most pleasant people you could ask for. Our steward, Alicia; the pool guy Joseph from Phila (Philipines), MDR server Rico; Dwayne from the Red frog; and Java Joe( Ta-Dah) from the 5th floor coffee bar. The casino was the only area that us non-smokers would like addressed. It was difficult to be in there due to the smoke.
