Overall, the Harmony was a beautiful ship. With 7 neighborhoods, it certainly did not give the feeling that there were 5000 guests on board. None of the areas were ever overcrowded.
We stayed in a balcony stateroom on Deck 11 and our steward was amazing - great attitude, friendly, attentive - and deserving of the extra tip we left him over and above the automatic gratuities charged daily to our account.
There were a multitude of bars available and all had their own distinct features which made each unique. Most of the bartenders, however, were very slow and seemed to move at a snail's pace when filling drink orders, especially at bars located near the pools. Nor did any of them seemed interested in their jobs - no "hello", no "how are you enjoying the cruise", no anything. Additionally, wine lists were not the best, so if you have an average knowledge of wines, be ready to be disappointed. The wines offered were average at best, available at most supermarkets.
Beds were a bit too firm but we were still comfortable. There was a safe and refrigerator in each of the cabins. Our cabin was well maintained and every time we entered the room it was impeccably cleaned and tidied. Kudos to our room steward.
Beautiful beach, very relaxing and fun to watch the para-sailers and zip-liners.
We had a 3:30 appointment to board the ship. Surprisingly, there were no long lines and we were at our cabin in less than hour with our bags already waiting for us.
