Sail Date: Mar 2017

The ship was too crowded and there were lines everywhere. It seems like the ship cannot accommodate the large number of passengers in the common areas like the lounges and atrium. The food was terrible (cold, poorly plated and tasteless). The drinks were overpriced and poorly made. I was overcharged for drinks and when I went to customer service to have my bill corrected I was treated like a criminal. The shore excursions were a ridiculous waste of time and money. The history lectures were boring. The service was sub par .All staff need retraining on customer service. From start to finish, there was something very off about this cruise. Disembarkation is still a joke! We were given the wrong tags and had to go to customer service to exchange them. Our host in the platinum lounge disappeared for 30 minutes! I will not sail on another Princess ship any time soon after this disappointing cruise.

butterfly farm nice but bus broke down causing delay. Marigot was disappointing.
