We chose this cruise based on dates available and ports we could leave from but we really would have chosen this just based on the reviews. We traveled with 4 teenagers and 3 adults.

The ship: The ship was amazing! There was so much to do but we never felt any area was crowded in any way! All the public areas were very clean, well maintained and nicely decorated!

Dining: We read the reviews and really tried to stay away from the main dining areas during prime times and sought alternative places to eat during those times. The food is just ok but we have been on several cruises and we know that since they started opening specialty pay restaurants, the food provided is just average and we don't cruise for the food. The food is still pretty good and there is always something you can migrate to like a salad. If you are a foodie and expecting fabulous all inclusive dining, its not happening unless you pay extra for specialty dining. With that said, again, we had some very good dinners in the main dining area. We have always done regular dining hours and it is very efficient and consistent. The dining staff gets to know your name and your food/drink preferences. It is the best!

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D2

This was a very nice room. Ample space and lots of storage. No need for the over the door hanging bag. There are lots of cubbies to put stuff in. The balcony was average size to us but we love a balcony. If you have never cruised, the balcony is small but still nice for a table and two chairs.
