Many cutbacks and they are missed. For example, the dining menu used to include steak as a daily alternative. It was changed to beef medalions. NOW we have hamburger as a daily alternative.
Menu is too fancy and just for those trying to be fancy. It is not typical items for the common people. Who do you want to impress with fancy words?
Staff is not eneregetic.
