We chose this ship because it is new and had some great features we wanted to explore like the Havana area. We were in a suite so had priority boarding. That was amazing. On before the huge crowds. Had a Guys burger-first in line for it! Our room was ready when we boarded because of the suite status. It was a Havana Cabana suite. Fantastic. Best bathroom I have been in. Rain shower head and normal. Could have fit two people easy. Double vanity. Marble. Great storage. The room had two closets and lots of storage space. The tv for the bed area had to be a 50". The separated living area had another tv. Smaller. Had the vanity with lighted mirror. More drawers. The patio area was great. Huge. Lounge chair, swing and another relaxing chair. We walked off the patio and to the right was the Havana exclusive area with bar, pool, two jacuzzi's, sitting area, large round loungers to snooze on. To the left out our patio was the BBQ Pig restaurant. We did not dine in the main dining room. We ate at the steak house which was fabulous, and great service. And the Italian restaurant with great service and okay food. The buffet was not open all the time. Selection was good. Yummy sweets. We avoided the main pool area as the atmosphere is not what we like. Huge party scene. We preferred the Havana quiet area. The evening movies on the big screen was great. Served popcorn. If you want a lounge chair, arrive early. Overall it was a fantastic 6 days, but if you prefer a quiet vacation Carnival is not top choice.
Wow! Large room, huge bathroom, great location, great suite perks. If you can snag one of the four suites in the Havana area, do it!
