Having worked as a port agent in Southampton for many years attending to various cruise lines this was my first ever cruise as a passenger.
Check in at Southampton was organised chaos, however somehow we boarded and first impression was excellent.
Our cabin (balcony) on 12th deck was superb, nothing whatsoever to complain about. Our luggage was waiting for us and our steward was very welcoming and we felt that nothing was too much trouble for him.
