First, the crew, all of our crew members were great but special mention must go to our Captain Leo and our cabin steward Karl. Captain Leo was the most visible and personable captain I have ever seen. During the entire 14 day cruise he was seen greeting passengers around the ship, he participated in the Liar's Club entertainment show (he could always be a comedian if this Captain thing doesn't work out for him), he gave very informative seminars about the ships navigation and propulsion systems, personally participated in the Cruise Critic Meet and Greet, and made fun and informative announcements over the public address system, just to mention a few.

Karl, our cabin steward, was excellent. I don't know what else to say other than he always managed to take care of our needs in a timely, professional, and very friendly manner.

Dining was good. Even though the waiters took care of our needs when dining in the main dining room, it seemed that the wait staff was short handed. Our one experience at the specialty restaurant Murano was uninspiring. Read more
