Food service needs improvement. Wait staff charged us for sodas even when she took our Bottomless Bubbles card, I was told at dinner one night I had to wait for my second salad till after dinner, at breakfast in the MDR on the last Sea Day I asked for a soda from the waiter when ordering my food and was told that someone from the bar would come around and ten minutes later, after receiving my food no one had come so I got up and went to the front of the dining room and gave my sign and sail card and then it was brought to me. The food presentation was also a bit lacking, most of the dinner items were plated looking like they were just put on the plate, like something you would do at home. The steakhouse was nice décor and ambience but my steak was overcooked. We ate there for our anniversary.

Room steward was accommodating to everything we requested. Xavier was his name.

The ship itself is beautifully decorated. Love the modern touches. I thought the colors were soothing and not as "flashy" as were those on the Liberty. The Atrium and Casino LED towers were breathtaking each time we walked by them. Great idea.

Cabin Review

Cabin balcony

clean, comfortable, nice size standard balcony

Port Reviews

Miami

Miami is very busy itself but once at port, other than the hour and half wait to get onboard, the port was clean and the employees were pleasant

Ocho Rios

Ship was so crowded on sea days, we stayed on the ship

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

Again, stayed on the ship and enjoyed pool and less hectic areas.

Cozumel

Not a fan of the country
