This was my 94th cruise. It happened to be at a time when my son was not teaching school, so we could join him, and we had not been on Quantum class before. I was pleased with the ship. In fact we did not get off at any of the ports. Spectra's Cabaret was a spectacular show! We enjoyed drinks in the Diamond lounge. It was a long walk to the Concierge Lounge. We had dinner in the Windjammer one night and I was very pleased with the variety. For the most part, the food in the dining room was quite good and the waiters were very attentive. We enjoyed trivia. In fact our team won the progressive on this trip. Even though our cabin was an inside one, the virtual balcony made it seem so much bigger. The larger shower was a nice surprise and the armoires were great.

Cabin Review

Cabin inside with virtual balcony

We were delighted with the virtual balcony. It was better than a real balcony. Two armoire's (closets) were great. There was plenty of storage space. I was glad the refrigerator was not filled with anything. The shower stall was more than adequate, a nice change from most ships. The lighting, however, in the bathroom and in the vanity mirror was inadequate. It was very hard to put on makeup.
