We selected the Western cruise for varieties sake. The time of year jelled rather nicely with both our schedules..We met our "cruise" friends on board and dined with them (Select dining) each night.
Our cabin was great and our attendant did a very good job.We always opt for crackers and cheese rather than the standard fare for mid afternoon snacks.
We did opt for a specialty retaurant for the first time on celebrity. It was Tuscan Grille and worth the $45 each. Less crowded, more personal wait staff, less rush. And a great view aft from the dining room. Menu was expansive, I had the meatballs and then the 9 oz filet as the entree. Plenty of food there. The meatballs were almost baseball size and very delicious. The filet was done to perfect/satisfaction, medium rare. I chose the italian fries which were unique, plentiful and also very tasty. Nor sure what the liquid was between courses (entree/dessert) the ladies had a difficult time getting it down. A plata cleanser ?
We were very happy with the cabin selection. Enjoyed it much more than our C1 aft last year. Would definitely select a similar cabin next time. Miday between the elevators.
Opted to remain on the ship. Next time will selects a shore cruise, dolphins or the likes
My wife toured the shops in the compound. Then we had lunch in Margaritaville. It was amazing there because of the pool and the swimup bar. The tower of Nachos was huge
Flew in a day (night really) early , did not venture very far
