While I greatly enjoyed this cruise, if you are used to meeting people by sitting with them at tables or such, this is not the type of cruise for you. If you are not interested in meeting new people, the ability to always have private dinners is fantastic.
The cabin arrangement is odd. When you enter the door the shower is on one side and the toilet on the other, both glass enclosed. A small curtain can block this from the rest of the room. For our room the bed was next and then the couch. Opposing rooms offered the couch first and then the bed. We noticed this seemed to make the room much more open.
The spa package was exceptional and allowed a child free environment with hot tub, sauna, lounge area, and small thermal pool.
Layout of the bathroom is bad. The room has the bed near the door, the other option is the couch near the door. Get the couch near the door if possible, more room in cabin.
We had been there multiple times and elected to rent a car. If doing this arrange everything early on. Probably the hardest thing was getting the car rented on site and it took a lot of time to get it all done.
Used Andy's Car Rental. Good service and they were quick, once we got there and got things set up.
Being from FL there was not much here to attract our attention. We landed, walked around a bit and then went back to the boat.
We are from FL so drove to the port and boarded.
There are some great things to do in the area depending on when you arrive and depart that are worth looking in to.
