Service was impeccable! The staff were very friendly and seemed to always remember your likes on board. Your everyday staff member would remember your name and call you by your name which gave me a sense of personal touch. The shows were incredible except for the show "Britan's Finest". The Solarium was perfect where you had a great combination of sun and shade including the cool off pool which was a 16 and older pool. The specialty restaurants were all 5 star and would highly recommend as we found the main dining room cuisine adequate. The embarkation and Disembarkation process was very easy and there are some services offered such as mobile pass to Disembark which we highly recommend. Getting loyalty points over the life of the cruises gets you perks which have come handy and am excited to cruise more with the Celebrity and Royal Caribbean Brand. Lots of new ships on the horizon that we are looking forward to.
