it was our first time cruising. I did not want to cruise before because I am afraid of the ocean. But guess what, my family want to do it over and over again after we tried the Brilliance of the Seas. The ship was very clean and everything was in place. the cabin is just enough for comfort, we were in 1016 cabin and SAN is hardworking, kind and very organized. Every time we get inside the cabin, we wanted to live there forever. He seemed that he knew what we wanted to have inside the cabin. The Dining is one of the best in the ship. The food is perfectly prepared in both Windjamer and Minstrel dining. SHARMA and KARIM were the best waiters I have ever known. Our family travels a lot but they are the most energetic, focused, informative and fast service. They gave us options and most of all the little kids were not scared to order because they were so kind and nice to them. I wish I could bring them home. The entertainment was awesome. Jerome and TT made us very entertained and happy all throughout our cruise. They are very organized and funny. The kids look forward to every shoes and activities they offer. Overall, the service is the best, customer service is awesome. Everybody is helpful and nice. The shore excursions were well organized, Security is very prompt and helpful and friendly. My child wants to go again soon. Wish we could sail with this ship again. Thanks for the memorable cruising!
