This was my 4th cruise in the past 2 years, and I'm very happy that i tried Carnival again. I was on the Carnival Legend and had a bad experience, but because a friend paid for me to go on this one, i agreed (who wouldn't :-) I have cruised on RCCL twice (Empress of the Seas).

Embarkation - was great, from NYC. The quickest i have ever gotten on. My friend was not a US citizen and i was concerned of the wait we may have, but none at all. There also were no lines at the regular checkin.

Room - OMG!!! I am now spoiled and unless i hit the lottery will be in serious trouble in the future. We had a Suite...it was BEAUTIFUL!! Now that i have experienced all categories (inside, outside, balcony and suite) i don't think i could ever not have a suite!!! I can't remember our steward, i only saw him 3 times..i thought that was very unusual..all other cruises i have seen my steward a lot! The jacuzzi was the best thing in our room!
