Went on California Coastal Cruise as it was local and avoided cost of airfare. Aso visited some great California cities and Ensenada. Mostly older couples on board so not the ideal choice if you are looking for the late night parties at the clubs or younger themed games and such. Ship puts over 3000 passengers on board so it does get crowded in public spaces and at shows. Several of the games and entertainments were at Explorers Lounge which was very difficult to get a seat sometimes so if a show or popular game is at this venue, arrive early. The theater was pretty large but there were a few shows early on that had standing room only so again might want to arrive a little early if it is a popular show. It also seemed the later shows were a bit less crowded. The staff on board are super friendly, lots of smiles and asking if you need anything. Princess does have a lot of extra cost things such as special dining rooms or art sales or jewelry sales but they were not pushy so I had no problem with any of that. We did eat at Share restaurant and the food was very tasty. Very nice atmosphere. It was 6 courses but they are smaller portions but still was filled up. The buffet always seemed to be serving food and it was good. We ate at traditional dining early sitting and it was fine and service and food was great. What more can I say other than it was a great time and I would definitely go on Princess and the Ruby Princess again.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BA

Great views from cabin. Had no problems with noise from surrounding cabins and spaces. Plenty of room for two adults and great closet space. Bathroom is small but as expected. cabin located mid ship so less movement on those nights that ship was in higher seas or wind.
