This was our first cruise, and is likely to be our last. On paper embarkation and disembarkation were well-organised. However the queues were horrendous. We did not expect to be treated as passengers on a poor-quality budget airline.

The ship was fine. Our cabin was clean and comfortable, and June, our steward a star!

We ate in the Bordeaux restaurant every night. The Maitre D was arrogant, unwelcoming and utterly lacking in charm. We saw no sign of a smile in 15 days. The food was good, well-presented, and many of the staff did their best to make dining a pleasant experience. We enjoyed dining with a variety of interesting fellow-passengers.

Comfortable. Clean. Shower perfectly adequate. June was a great steward.

Port Reviews

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

We stayed in the Hilton near the cruise terminal. Nothing special but very good sleep after travelling for twenty-three hours.
