Our grandchildren are 4 and 9 and we decided to take the entire family on a dream cruise. My husband and I have been on 25+ cruises. Our balconies were located on the 6th deck. Although both were same price one room had a drop down bunk bed, sofa single bed and a king. The second room had only single sofa bed and a King.

The fitness running track was completely closed one morning, worker said they were changing a light bulb. At 8am really?

We asked for wine glasses from our room steward but he told us to call room service, ice bucket was stored in a closet for the 4 nights We asked for bath robes but was told Disney does not provide them. On most cruises they are in our room. The food was poor but service was very good. Steaks were cooked well. The tomato basil soup was like watered down tomato paste or canned tomato sauce. A brie appetizer bread was so dry we sent it back. All baked potatoes were very dry also. Our spinach salads had no salad dressing on it and only 3-4 pieces of cheese.
